Fingermark’s new self ordering and payment solution has passed it’s in-store trial test with flying colours. The test was carried out in a high turnover Queen Street fast food outlet. The purpose of the kiosk was to reduce queue times for patrons over the busy lunchtime period by providing another ordering option.. Not only was this achieved but the kiosk increased the average order size, reduced the number of walkaways, increased customer satisfaction and generated more orders.
