Fingermark have the infrastructure in place to implement any nationwide or localised roll-out and to provide on-going after sales service support. While all our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a range of on-site Service Level Agreements, to meet any specified level of service required.
Installation need not be a disruption, we focus on getting most of the work done at our premises meaning physical installation at your site is swift and painless.
We work with you to create an installation plan that covers network connectivity, power, and other arrangements. Installations are carried out by the FingerMark team of trained technicians at the agreed time.
