Westfield
As one of the largest shopping mall operators in the world, Westfields required an easy to use interactive facility that allowed visitors to check out events, building services and store locations. The Fingermark Way Finder provides an intelligent navigation facility that plots the best route to any location, taking into account such factors as escalators, disabled access ways and lifts.
Air New Zealand
Air New Zealand were looking at creating a real point of difference for the launch of their new flagship retail outlet in Auckland. Fingermark responded by installing the largest interactive ‘Touch Through Glass’ system in the Southern Hemisphere, featuring a highly intuitive user interface.
ANZ Bank
Fingermark have been engaged by ANZ to implement interactive information displays in a number of trial sites. The displays allow customers to easily access information about a range of products and services in a very compelling and dynamic way.
Auckland Airport
Auckland Airport have invited Fingermark to develop and build a mobile digital signage solution that can be used ‘airside’ to inform arriving passengers on essential and relevant airport information. Content can be displayed in multiple languages according to the port of departure for any incoming flight.
Auckland Art Gallery
After an extensive tendering process, Fingermark were appointed by Hawkins Construction to implement a digital signage network and interactive touch display modules to assist visitors during visits to the Gallery. The total solution includes a number of super thin bezel video walls and a way finding solution to enable visitors to navigate their way around.
Auckland Council
Fingermark were selected by Auckland Council to design and build a series of interactive information kiosks to be located outside down Auckland’s Queen Street. The solution selected, after a hotly contested public tendering process, features a fully compliant IP65 outdoor rated display, with high bright screens and anti-graffiti protection. Fingermark is responsible for all facets of the build including hardware, development of the user interface and content generation. The kiosk solution will enable mobile downloads of data and offer a fully functional way finding capability.
Auckland Tourism
Auckland Tourism were looking for a dynamic electronic solution that enabled visitors to access relevant information about the Auckland Region. Fingermark have installed a 70 inch interactive display featuring a ‘Google Maps’ solution that enables users to intuitively explore the region, lookup information about key sites and extend their visit throughout New Zealand.
Ballance Agri Nutrients
The Ballance business requirement was for a more effective method of distributing information and creating greater brand presence throughout their retail distributors. Providing farmers with timely and accurate information about their extensive product range and application methodologies is critical to their business. Fingermark have provided Ballance with a total package including hardware, software, user interface and remote management capability.
Destination Marlborough
Fingermark have provided a digital signage component for the first stage of the new Blenheim i-site office. Destination Marlborough have elected to showcase their visitor information products in a dynamic and compelling manner to bring an extra dimension to their offerings.
BNZ
BNZ have engaged Fingermark to manage the interactive components of their new retail media rollout. As part of an extensive branch upgrade programme, BNZ have made a significant investment in electronic visual media to lend a more contemporary and customer centric experience.
Ford
In conjunction with advertising agency JWT, Fingermark produced a car configuration module for Ford. The kiosk mounted solution enabled users to select their preferred model and customise with colour, accessories, interior styling and other features. The system allowed users to tailor make a vehicle specific to them and view from virtually any perspective – while for Ford the net result was an increase in revenues from the sale of additional accessories.
Forty Two Below
The brief from 42Below’s agency was to create a dynamic and visual merchandising solution for deployment in duty free stores worldwide. The response was a kiosk with an Augmented Reality module. Purchasers interacted with the kiosk, by triggering the content via a Quick Release code on the bottle tag and a kiosk mounted camera. This enabled users to drive the 3D imagery through gestural actions to create a truly interactive experience.
Gen-I
Gen-i have selected Fingermark to manage their interactive requirements for their extensive range of corporate and ME customers. Typically this will include hardware supply, interactive integration, user interface build and service support. As one of the country’s largest IT specialists and integrators, Gen-i have an enviable client list including a number of the largest banks and retail chains.
Jucy Rentals
Jucy engaged Fingermark to provide them with a stand alone ticketing and electronic payment device. The solution was to enable customers to select, book and pay for a cruise without assistance from customer service or sales personnel.
New Zealand Meteorological Service
Fingermark have provided the Met service with an interactive touch capability, to enable animators and developers duplicate an on-screen TV experience, where presenters drive weather related information through various interactive gestures.
Philips
Philips Avent manufacture and distribute a wide range of technical early childhood healthcare products . The business challenge was to provide easy to access and relevant information to mother’s in the point of sale environment, enabling them to chose the right healthcare product without relying on customer service staff.
Rebel Sports
Rebel Sports stock a very extensive selection of sports equipment, clothing and shoes. Their requirement was for a product selector that allowed patrons to determine the best running shoe option, without having to refer to hard to find sales personnel. The shoe selector navigates users through a series of relevant questions about their requirements and intended use and then determines a list of the most appropriate shoe options.
Royal New Zealand Navy
Fingermark’s interactive touch solutions have been incorporated into a training simulator for the Royal New Zealand Navy. The interactive elements have been included to provide trainees with a more authentic training experience, when learning to control a navy warship. Along with providing a more realistic experience the simulator dramatically reduces operating costs without compromising the quality of tuition.
Sky City
With thousands of visitors a day, Auckland’s premier casino operator needs to keep visitors up to date with events and promotions and assist them in locating numerous venues and entertainment facilities. The Fingermark Way Finder option allows visitors to easily navigate their way around the complex, as well as access all relevant information pertaining to their stay.
TAB
Fingermark provides the TAB with specialised fabrication and bracketing systems to mount digital displays trackside. The variety and configuration of multi screen combinations calls for customised solutions that meet exacting aesthetic and engineering standards and showcases Fingermark’s flexibility and ability to meet every aspect of an electronic media brief.
Telecom
With a diverse range of hardware, data and call plan offerings, Telecom Retail has an ongoing challenge to keep customers up to date with the latest offerings in store. Telecom’s in store suite of electronic media includes Fingermark interactive displays, which are designed to assist sales staff demonstrate the complex array of product features and benefits and allow customers to ‘self help’ themselves to such relevant information at the point of purchase.
The Base
New Zealand’s largest shopping centre offers consumers a vast array of shopping options spread over an expansive site. Crucial to its success is the need for visitors to quickly locate and navigate their way to any store or building facility. Fingermark’s Way Finding system enables customers to locate any store using an on screen keyboard and receive precise instructions on how to most quickly and easily find their desired location.
New Zealand Aids Foundation
The NZ Aids Foundation engaged Fingermark to design and build a range of kiosks to be placed in strategic ‘at risk’ locations. The solution included development of content and the user interface.
Westpac Corporate
With over 2,000 staff Westpac required a facility that would allow both visitors and staff to locate any person in any location in their new Auckland Headquarters. Fingermark’s ‘Personnel and Building Directory’ system allows users to look up any staff member, receive location advice and route, book meeting rooms and access building service information. Design of the user interface required a complex integration process with the bank’s existing Lotus Notes and Cardax systems to produce a seamless and accurate service requirement.
Westpac Retail
Westpac Retail have invested significantly in presenting a dynamic brand experience at the retail level. Through their integration partner they have engaged Fingermark to provide interactive and passive display solutions which are being rolled out through their entire New Zealand branch network.
