customer in the point of purchase environment. Influencing

card, redeem points, check their loyalty balance and receive
tailored offers and promotions at a time when they are most
receptive to such messaging. Unattended surveying is a
consistent, labour saving way of interacting with consumers
and gaining invaluable feedback. Touch screen surveying placed
on self-service touch screen kiosks is effective and tends to
yield high response rates.

The kiosk acts as a surveying tool and becomes a data repository where information can be electronically collated and sorted into any format and deposited into the client’s data warehouse, negating the need for manual intervention and double handling.

Kiosks are also becoming the focal point for many Gift Card programmes and Top Ups, where the customer can interact with the kiosk, check their balance, access specific offers and load additional credit or points onto their account.
