Westfield

Westfield employed Fingermark to develop them a bespoke way finding system for their new Albany Mall in Auckland.
The concept was to help people navigate their way around the mall and help promote their tenants. 5 Sites were established and Fingermark designed a 40 inch portrait kiosk which would fit in with their environment.
The Software was developed in conjunction with Terabyte (user interface) and Wallflower (remote management).
The system needed to be up-datable remotely from various locations and so we used Wallflower Navigator to drive content to the Kiosks. The system was designed to allow Westfield to change out stores re route maps and run advertising campaigns on the screens. The kiosks are getting constantly used and offer a great feature to an already state-of-the-art Mall.
